Will Rackspace fix the issues?
The free scan includes findings and remediation guidance. You can address issues with your team or engage Rackspace to support remediation under a separate agreement.
How long does it take?
Depending on environment complexity, scans are typically completed within a few business days. The findings presentation is scheduled shortly after analysis is complete.
